The installed Scanner Appliance sometimes need to be rebooted in order to work properly. There are two main ways to reboot the virtual image.
Alternative 1
Reboot the Scanner Appliance from the management console for you virtual server.
Alternative 2:
Please follow these steps to reboot the Scanner Appliance from Security Center.
- Login to Security Center.
- Go to Scanner Appliance
- Reboot the virtual image directly in the Edit section by clicking on the Edit
icon to the right.
- Reboot the Scanner appliance by clicking Reboot under Advanced.
