How do I whitelist the Reply-to email address?

Before starting an assessment you need to make sure to whitelist the envelope sender email addresses. The reason for this being your spam filter might block the assessment emails based on the content. If emails are blocked the assessment will not work.

If you're using a web filter you might need to whitelist the domains and/or IP ranges used to make sure that web traffic isn't blocked.

Whitelist email domains for spam filter

Make sure you whitelist the following envelope from email addresses. Make sure to whitelist all email addresses under each domain:

  • *@admintools-microsoft.com
  • *@epostadministratoren.se
  • *@eccfo.eu

Notice that the syntax for all@ might be different in your spam filter.

Whitelist IP ranges for spam filter and web filter

If your spam and web filter support whitelisting of IP ranges make sure to whitelist the following IP ranges. For web filter you can also whitelist the specific domains used.

  • IPv4: 185.163.84.0/22
  • IPv6: 2a0b:6800::/29

If you're using a web filter please whitelist these domains:

  • admintools-microsoft.com
  • epostadministratoren.se
  • eccfo.eu
