      How do I import email recipients?

      Follow these steps to importing email addresses to target with phishing simulation and awareness training. 

      Import recipients from Azure AD

      1. Login to Security Center. 
      2. Click Technical Risks > Human Risks.
      3. Click Recipients > Add Recipients.
      4. Under Tags, select the tags you wish to assign for the recipients you import.
      5. Select if you wish to import from text input or import from file. 
        • Import from text input
          Write the recipient in plain text separated by row. Please read the instructions for how to format the recipient list.
        • Import from file
          Import recipients from text document separated by row. Please read the instructions for how to format the recipient list. Click Download import template to download a template first.
      6. Click Close.
      7. A message will appear notifying you that the email addresses have been imported. 
      8. Done!
