You can import email recipients to upload and/or select the people you wish to include in your assessment. In order to add recipients to your assessment follow the steps below.
- Login to Security Center.
- Click Phishing & Awareness Training > Recipients > Add Recipients.
- Under Tags select the tags you wish to assign for the recipients that you import.
- Select if you wish to import from text input or import from file.
- Import from text input
Write the recipient in plain text separated by row. Please read the instructions for how to format the recipient list. - Import from file
Import recipients from text document separated by row. Please read the instructions for how to format the recipient list. Click Download import template to download a template first.
- Import from text input
- Click Close.
- A message will appear notifying that the email addresses have been imported.
- Done!
