What is bounce exclusion strings and how does it work?

Bounce strings helps the assessment to understand which email responses should be valid for statistics and not. As an example email auto replies should not be counted as a email reply in the statistics.

Under Setup you can add and delete bounce strings connected to your assessment. The service has a set of predefined strings that can be edited and removed.

Example:
If the string "vacation" is in the exclusion list an email with the following content will be ignored:
I'm currently on vacation and will be back 23/7.
