Changes

Agreement for processing of personal data

  • 2018-08-26: added Premium Support in the SLA. Customers with contracts singed before 2018-09-01 have access to Standard Support and Premium Support. Customers with contracts signed starting 2018-09-01 have access to Standard Support. Premium Support is additional service related to an additional cost.
  • 2018-07-01: clarification regarding what personal data that is processed in Holm Security VMP services (no impairment for the customer).
