What is the general basics for setting up a Web Application Scan?

To setup a web application scanning, go through these steps.

1. Install a Scanner Appliance
   Local scanning behind your firewall only - otherwise skip this step.

2. Create an asset (web app)
   Create assets for each web app that you want to scan.

3. Create a scan profile
   Create a web application scan profile with settings for how to scan the web app.

4. Schedule or run only once
