How do I add email notifications for remediation tickets?

In order to set email notifications for a remediaton ticket, follow the steps below: 

  1. Login to Security Center.
  2. Click Remediation
  3. Click Setup.
  4. Set the conditions for the notification.
    1. Status – New or Closed Fixed) ticket.
  5. Severity
    1. Select the severity level for the Ticket. 
  6. Notification for new ticket.
    1. Subject, Sender name, Sender email.
  7. Notification for closed ticket.
    1. Subject, Sender name, Sender email.
  8. Click OK to save your settings.
