In order to set email notifications for a remediaton ticket, follow the steps below:
- Login to Security Center.
- Click Remediation.
- Click Setup.
- Set the conditions for the notification.
- Status – New or Closed Fixed) ticket.
- Severity
- Select the severity level for the Ticket.
- Notification for new ticket.
- Subject, Sender name, Sender email.
- Notification for closed ticket.
- Subject, Sender name, Sender email.
- Click OK to save your settings.
