Fraud Risk Assessment allows excluding specific IPs and/or IP ranges to make actions from these IPs not impact the statistics. This may be necessary if the customer uses a spam filter, anti-virus or other solution that opens and clicks on links and emails. In order to exclude IPs, please follow the steps below.
- Login to Security Center.
- Click Fraud Risk Assessment.
- Click Setup.
- Enter the IP/Ranges that you wish to exclude in the Exclusions field press enter to add to the list.
- Click OK.
