How do I exclude IPs in a FRA assessment?

Fraud Risk Assessment allows excluding specific IPs and/or IP ranges to make actions from these IPs not impact the statistics. This may be necessary if the customer uses a spam filter, anti-virus or other solution that opens and clicks on links and emails. In order to exclude IPs, please follow the steps below.

  1. Login to Security Center.
  2. Click Fraud Risk Assessment.
  3. Click Setup.
  4. Enter the IP/Ranges that you wish to exclude in the Exclusions field press enter to add to the list.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Done!
