How do I exclude Ip’s in a FRA assessment?

Holm Security VMP allows the user to exclude specific IP’s and/or IP ranges from an assessment. This may be necessary if the customer uses a firewall that opens and clicks on links and emails. If these Ip’s aren’t excluded it might scewer the data in the assessment. In order to exclude Ip’s and/or IP ranges follow the steps below.

  1. Login to Holm Security VMP.
  2. Click Fraud Risk Assessment.
  3. Click Setup.
  4. Enter the IP/Ranges that you wish to exclude in the Exclusions field press Enter to add to the list.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Done!
