How do I send password protected reports within Holm Security VMP?

Holm Security VMP allows users to send out password protected reports within Security Center. The report is sent as a password protected PDF document. To be able the open the document the recipient will need the security code sent by SMS.

In order to send a password protected report from Security Center follow these steps.

1. Login to Security Center.
2. Click Reports.
3. For desired report click the email icon.
4. Here you search for an existing user as recipient or enter email address and phone number manually.
5. After entering the recipient details click Send.
6. Done!
