How to Whitelist the Sender for users in O365

After whitelisting, the phishing mail will be recieved in the mailbox. If you are using images in the phishing mails, each user needs to mark the sender as safe before the image gets downloaded. When you want the images to be downloaded automatically the sender needs to be marked as safe. You can use  Office 365 Powershell to do this for all users at once.

If you are not familiar with Office Powershell you can read about how to get started in the following link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/enterprise/powershell/getting-started-with-office-365-powershell

Step 1. Connecting to Office 365 Powershell:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/enterprise/powershell/connect-to-office-365-powershell

Step 2. The script:

$All = Get-Mailbox -RecipientTypeDetails UserMailbox -ResultSize Unlimited; $All | foreach {Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration $_.Name -TrustedSendersAndDomains "admintools-microsoft1.com", "epostadministratoren.se", "eccfo.eu", "eccfo1.eu", "epostadministratoren1.se", "admintools-google.com", "admintools-google1.com", "holmsecurity.com"}

This script makes sure that all mailboxes are selected and that our domains are marked as safe for all users.
