How do I enable tracking of individual recipients?

You will find the option to enable tracking of individuals when setting up you scheduled assessment, follow these steps: 

  1. Login to Security Center
  2. Click on Phishing & Awareness Training 
  3. Click on Schedules
  4. Click on +Add schedule
  5. Click on Sendout > Enable Privacy “Anonymize collected user data”
  6. Fill in the remaining information and start your assessment!
