I cannot login to Organizer

If you are not able to login to your Organizer account, verify that you have an active license:

  1. Login to your Web administration.
  2. Click License 
    Verify that your License is still active and have correct Status.
  3. If not: please contact your service provider or support@holmsecurity.com.
    If OK: please verify with your Primary superuser that you have an active account in Organizer.
