I cannot add new assets nor perform scans in Security Center for OnPrem?

Verify License:

  1. Login to your Web administration.
  2. Click License
    Verify that your License is still active and have correct Status.
  3. If not: please contact your service provider or support@holmsecurity.com.

Verify usage limit in Organizer:

  1. Login to Organizer.
  2. Click the Edit icon on the Security Center account/customer.
  3. Click on Subscription.
    Verify that the limit has not been reached.
