How to interpret the severity and risk trend on PAT recipients?

Recipient risks and trends

Phishing & Awareness Training (before named Fraud Risk Assessment) have received updated risk severity scoring data and trend calculations.

From all assessments that are performed there will be more data calculated per recipients to give you a better understanding of the risk each recipient exposes. Giving you more context on what the severity is on a particular recipient and how the individual trend of that recipient is forecasted based on recent data.

- The Severity is calculated based on assessments finished in last 6 months.

The interpretation:

Low: If the mail is opened only.

Medium: If the mail is opened and the URL is clicked.

High: If the mail is opened and the URL is clicked and/or the recipient Replied to the mail.

Critical: If the mail is opened and the URL is clicked and/or the recipient Replied to the mail and submitted the form.

- The Trend represents changes in severity based on all assessments finished in the last 30 days.

Severity is Decreasing

Severity is Increasing

Severity is the same.

This allows you to get a risk overview of all your recipients, prioritize your next assessments easier and understand who to target.
