How to work with lifecycle management?

Dynamic assets are impacting the scan scope and are causing outdated data to be present for a longer time period in Asset Manager.

To improve the accuracy of the inventory of assets, we have released lifecycle management for network assets. This feature allows you to customize how you want network assets to be treated over time when to become inactive.

To enable the lifecycle management feature within your Security Center, do the following: 

1. Login to your Security Center.
2. Click on the settings menu in the top right corner.
3. Click on Assets.
4. Click on Enable and choose the desired inactive period to define when an asset should be classified as inactive when it hasn't been identified in scans for a defined period of time.
   
5. Click OK to save the changes.
6. Done!
