Engagement Matrix

The Engagement Matrix is visible only when customers under your account have active license usage. It provides detailed visual insights over time into metrics such as: 

• Risk score 
• Threat score 
• Login frequency 
• System & Network Security scans performed 
• Web Application Security scans performed 
• Cloud Security scans performed 
• Phishing Simulation & Awareness Training assessments performed 
• Reports created 

The yellow line in each panel is a trend line showing you if a specific metric is increasing or decreasing in value over a chosen period. Some panels may show “Not part of subscription” if the product has no active usage for that customer. 

You can further explore each value by hovering over the data point in a graph, which will show the date of when this data point was captured and its corresponding value. 

It is also possible to perform various functions within each graph, such as zooming in, selecting part of the graph, and more. The options are shown in the top right corner of the graph when hovering within a graph. 

To adjust the date range of the graphs, you can adjust the start and end date under the quick access menu.
