How are incidents reported?

Holm Security reports personal data breaches according to GDPR:

  • Notifying the relevant Data Protection Authority (DPA) within 72 hours of when the incident was noticed.
  • Notify concerned customers without undue delay, providing detailed, transparent information about the incident.
