How do I add an SPF record when using my own email address?
To use your own email address as a sender for notifications, you must add the following SPF record to your DNS record to prevent spam filters from blocking the emails.
For Notifications:
v=spf1 include:_spf.holmsecurity.com -all
For Phishing & Awareness:
v=spf1 include:_pat_spf.holmsecurity.com
Don't use your domain name for phishing simulation
When working with the product Phishing & Awareness Training, using your domain name can result in your domain name getting blocked.
