How do I add comments to vulnerabilites?

This article describes how to add comments to a vulnerability in Security Center. Comments make it easier for teams to share information and coordinate remediation work.

Add a comment to a vulnerability

1. Log in to Security Center.
2. Click Vulnerabilities > All vulnerabilities.
3. Open a vulnerability. The vulnerability opens in a side panel.
4. Click the comment icon in the top right corner of the side panel.
5. Enter your comment in the Add comment field.
6. Click the send icon to submit your comment. Your comment is added to the list of comments.
7. Done!

Add a comment to a vulnerability on a specific asset

1. Log in to Security Center.
2. Click Vulnerabilities > All vulnerabilities.
3. Open a vulnerability. The vulnerability opens in a side panel.
4. In the side panel click Assets.
5. Click on the asset > Full detection info.
6. Click the send icon to submit your comment. Your comment is added to the list of comments only for that specific asset and vulnerability.
7. Done!
