How do I update the status for a remediation ticket that will not be fixed?
Suppose a vulnerability risk has been accepted and will not be fixed. In that case, you can do the following steps to update the status of the created remediation ticket for that vulnerability:
- Log in to Security Center.
- Click on the Remediation.
- Filter out the ticket(s) to which you want to update the status.
- Mark the ticket(s) box on the left side.
- Click Actions> Change status> Will not fix.
- Done!
