How do I change the internal network on the Scanner Appliance?
The internal network is crucial for Docker to function correctly. This network allows the Scanner Appliance to communicate locally within the Docker environment. The default Docker network might sometimes interfere with the existing IT environment.
To change the docker network on the Scanner Appliance, do the following:
- Go to the Scanner Appliance console configuration.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to Internal Network, and press Enter on your keyboard.
- Choose a network segment that does not conflict with your existing environment, and press the ENTER key on your keyboard to mark the network that suits you.
- Press F11 (Fn+F11) to save and reboot.
- Done!
If you are still having trouble after changing the Docker network, please contact support here:
