How do I check if my SMTP & SMS settings are configured correctly?
External endpoints can be assessed for connectivity, guaranteeing smooth communication with the On-Prem appliance. This functionality verifies the connection is active, simplifying troubleshooting and ensuring an effective setup.

- Login to the On-Prem admin page (Port 8001).
- Click Configuration.
- Under Email Configuration, insert the SMTP Hostname/IP and the SMTP port.
- Click on the Check Connection button to check the connection.
- Done!.
Note!
This test only validates connectivity and does not verify additional information, such as credentials.
To check the SMS (via Cellsynt) connection, do the following:

- Scroll down to SMS (via Cellsynt), and mark Enable SMS via Cellsynt.
- Click Check connection to validate the connection status.
- Done!
Note!
