How do I check the OnPrem health status?

To check the On-Prem services health status, do the following:

  1. Login to the On-Prem admin page (8001).
  2. Click Support.
  3. Under Status, click on the Check Healthcheck status button to check the connection.
    1. A green connection icon will appear if all the services are up and running.
    2. If the On-Prem services are experiencing issues, click the "Restart all services" button to initiate a reset.
    3. Check the Healthcheck status again to confirm that the issue has been solved. 
  4. Done!
