How do I check the OnPrem health status?
To check the On-Prem services health status, do the following:
- Login to the On-Prem admin page (8001).
- Click Support.
- Under Status, click on the Check Healthcheck status button to check the connection.
- A green connection icon will appear if all the services are up and running.
- If the On-Prem services are experiencing issues, click the "Restart all services" button to initiate a reset.
- Check the Healthcheck status again to confirm that the issue has been solved.
- Done!
