How do I configure the OnPrem HTTPS proxy?
Outbound connections are fully compatible with HTTPS proxy configurations, enabling seamless connectivity through a proxy to reach their target destinations. This feature supports environments where a proxy is required for internet access, ensuring greater flexibility and compliance with secure network setups.
How do I configure the Proxy?
- Open the core-engine console configuration menu.
- Click Configuration> Network Interface> HTTP (S) Proxy.
- Set your Proxy URL and exclude one or more Addresses from the proxy by separating them with a comma.
- Click F11 (FN+F11) to save.
- Done.
Important information
- We don't check if the provided URL is a proxy; we only check its connection.
- Saving the Proxy configuration will take a minimum of 10 minutes to set up.
When the Proxy configuration is set correctly, a window will pop up saying that it's configured and will reboot. - The e-mail servers does not support proxy, these need to be an internal server accessible locally.
