How do I create a network scan profile?
Follow these instructions to create a network scan profile. The profile you create can be used for any on-demand or scheduled scans.
- Log in to the Security Center.
- Click Scan Network in the main menu.
- Click Scan profiles.
- Click +Create Scan Profile>Network scan profile
- Under the headline General information enter the following:
- Name: the name of the profile, e.g., Basic scan profile.
- Owner: the owner of the schedule.
- Details: any comments or a brief description of the profile that you want to add.
- If you want to perform authenticated scans, please find the information under the Authentication heading in this article.
