How do I create a new tag?

Tags are used to group recipients for your assessment.

  1. Login to Security Center.
  2. Click Phishing & Awareness Training > Recipients >Tags.
  3. Click Add tag.

  4. Add the following information under General Information.

    • Name: the name of the tag.

    • Color: the color of the tag.

    • Parent tag: The parent tag function allows you to build a tag hierarchy.

    • Description: description of the tag.
  5. (Optional) Under Rules, you have the option to create a set of rules that will help dynamically apply tags to recipients, for example, by name or email address containing a certain word or string.
  6. Press OK to create your new tag.
  7. Done!
