How do I create a new tag?

Tags are used to group recipients for your assessment.

1. Login to Security Center.
2. In the main navigation bar, hover over Assets.
3. From the dropdown menu that appears, select Tags.

4. Click Create tag.

5. Enter tag details.

   • General Information:

     • Name: the name of the tag 
     • Color: the color of the tag.
     • Business Impact: the importance of the tag
     • Parent tag: you can build a tag hierarchy using the parent tag function. By doing this, you can group tags. The Parent tag can be applied to both Static and Dynamic tags.
     • Description: description of the tag.
   • Rules: rules are optional and there are two different types of tags:
     • Static tags: Tags with no rules can manually be applied to any asset.
     • Dynamic tags: Assign rules to a tag to automatically apply it to any recipient that matches the rules. To create a dynamic tag, do the following:
       
       • Click +Add rule.
       • Choose the rule and add the Operator and Value.
   • Preview: If the assets match the rules, they will be listed in the Preview section.
6. Click Submit to save.
7. Done!
