How do I create a new tag?

Tags are used to group recipients for your assessment.

  1. Login to Security Center.
  2. In the main navigation bar, hover over Assets.
  3. From the dropdown menu that appears, select Tags
  4. Click Add tag.

  5. Add the following information under General Information.

    • Name: the name of the tag.

    • Color: the color of the tag.

    • Parent tag: The parent tag function allows you to build a tag hierarchy.

    • Description: description of the tag.
  6. (Optional) Under Rules, you have the option to create a set of rules that will help dynamically apply tags to recipients, for example, by name or email address containing a certain word or string.
  7. Press OK to create your new tag.
  8. Done!
