How do I create a remediation ticket for a vulnerability?

Tickets can easily be created from Vulnerability Manager. Please follow the steps below to create a ticket for a specific vulnerability. 

Create tickets via remediation policy
If you wish to have tickets created automatically for new vulnerabilities, please read this article:

  1. Log in to Security Center.
  2. Click Vulnerability Manager in the main menu.
  3. Click on the vulnerability on the item list.
  4. Check the box next to the host or web app.
  5. Click Action > Select Create ticket(s) for selected vulnerabilities.
  6. A ticket is now created under Remediation.
  7. Done!
