How do I create a remediation ticket for a vulnerability?

Tickets can easily be created from Vulnerability Manager. Please follow the steps below to create a ticket for a specific vulnerability.

  1. Log in to Security Center.
  2. Click Vulnerability Manager > Unified Vulnerabilities.
  3. Mark the checkbox on the left side for one or multiple vulnerabilities.
  4. Click Action > Create Grouped Tickets > Selected Vulnerabilities
  5. A ticket is now created under Remediation.
  6. Done!
