How do I create a remediation ticket for a vulnerability?

Tickets can easily be created from Vulnerability Manager. Please follow the steps below to create a ticket for a specific vulnerability.

  1. Log in to Security Center.
  2. Click on Vulnerabilities on the top menu.
  3. Open a vulnerability and go to the assets tab.
  4. Click the box next to the assets you want to create a ticket for.
  5. Click on Action > Create ticket (or create grouped ticket).
  6. A ticket is now created under Remediation.
  7. Done!
