How do I generate my TOPdesk integration application password?

This article describes how to generate an application password in TOPdesk that is required to set up the integration with Holm Security.

Generate an application password

Follow these steps to generate the application password in your TOPdesk account:

  1. Log in to your TOPdesk operator account.
  2. Click My Settings in the upper-right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the end of the page.
  4. Click Add a new Application password.
  5. Copy the generated password.
  6. Done!

Tip: Store the application password in a secure location. You will need it to complete the TOPdesk integration setup in Security Center.
