How do I reboot the Scanner Appliance?

The installed Scanner Appliance sometimes needs to be rebooted to work properly. There are two main ways to reboot the virtual image.

Alternative 1:

Reboot the Scanner Appliance from the management console for your virtual server.

Alternative 2:

Please follow these steps to reboot the Scanner Appliance from the Security Center.

  1. Login to Security Center. 
  2. Go to Scanner Appliance 
  3. Reboot the virtual image directly in the Edit section by clicking the Edit  icon to the right. 
  4. Reboot the Scanner appliance by clicking Reboot under Advanced.
