How do I reboot a Scanner Appliance?
The installed Scanner Appliance sometimes needs to be rebooted to work properly. There are two main ways to reboot the virtual image.
First way:
Reboot a Scanner Appliance from the management console in your virtual server.
Second way:
Please follow these steps to reboot a Scanner Appliance from your Security Center.
- Log in to your Security Center.
- In the main navigation bar, hover over Assessments.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select Scanner appliances.
- Reboot the virtual image directly by clicking the Edit icon to the right.
- Reboot a Scanner Appliance by clicking Reboot under Advanced.
