How do I reset my password?

You can set your password from the welcome email sent to your email address, or manually request a password reset from Security Center login page.

Welcome email

To set your password from the welcome email, you click the link and enter the desired password. Please note that the email address used to send the welcome email is also the username.

Manually reset the password

To reset your password, please go to https://sc.holmsecurity.com and click Forgot password?. The password reset email is sent to the email address, which is also the username. Click the link in the email and select a new password. Please note that the link expires after one click.
