How do I run a connectivity test for the Scanner Appliance?
Please follow these steps to see where the Scanner Appliance fails to connect.
- Open up the Scanner Appliance virtual machine in your virtualization platform.
- Go to Status > Connectivity using the arrow keys and press enter in the configurator.
- Select Yes when asked if you want to run the connectivity test.
- You will now receive the info on where the appliance fails to connect.
- You can use the PgDn (page down) and PgUp (page up) or Arrow keys to see the different areas of the results window.
- Done!
