How do I run a connectivity test for the Scanner Appliance?

To see where the Scanner Appliance fails to connect you can follow the steps listed here:

  1. Open up the Scanner Appliance virtual machine in your virtualization platform.
  2. Go to Status > Connectivity using your arrow keys and press enter in the configurator.
  3. Select Yes, when asked if you want to run the connectivity test.
  4. You will now receive the info on where the appliance fails to connect.
  5. You can use the PgDn & PgUp keys to see the different areas of the results window.
  6. Done!
