How do I share diagnostic package from on-prem in case something is not working?
Should you require assistance, you can always contact the support team using this form or share a diagnostic package from the support section to share with the support team.
- Login to Web Administrator.
- Click in Support.
- Click on Diagnose Now, or you can enable auto-sharing, which will automatically be shared with the support team.
- Choose if you would like to include diagnostics from scanner appliances.
- Click on Proceed to initiate the package.
- Download your package by pressing the download icon next to “Last connected”.
- Fill in your support request along with the Diagnostic package.
- Done!
