How do I share scans and schedules with Teams?
If you have configured Teams and wish to share scans or schedules with your team members, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to Security Center.
- Click on Scan Network.
- Click on add a new scan to share a scan or Create new schedule to share a schedule.
- Under General Information > Share scan results, you can set the Tag of the Teams member you want to share with.
- Fill in the rest of the information for the scan/schedule and click Submit.
- Done!
To share pre-created schedules with Teams members, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to Security Center.
- Click on Scan Network > Schedules.
- Click the Edit icon to the right of the schedule you want to share.
- Under General Information > Share scan results, you can set the Tag of the Teams member you want to share with.
- Click Submit to save changes.
- Done!
