How do I share scans and schedules with Teams?

If you have configured Teams and wish to share scans or schedules with your team members, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Security Center.
  2. Click on Scan Network.
  3. Click on add a new scan to share a scan or Create new schedule to share a schedule.
  4. Under General Information > Share scan results, you can set the Tag of the Teams member you want to share with.
  5. Fill in the rest of the information for the scan/schedule and click Submit.
  6. Done!

To share pre-created schedules with Teams members, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Security Center.
  2. Click on Scan Network > Schedules. 
  3. Click the Edit icon to the right of the schedule you want to share.
  4. Under General Information > Share scan results, you can set the Tag of the Teams member you want to share with.
  5. Click Submit to save changes.
  6. Done!
