How do I solve the impersonation login issue in Firefox?
To solve this on-prem login issue in Firefox, please do the following steps:
- Log in to the Organizer using port 8002.
- Log in to a Security Center.
-
In the Security Center view:
-
Click the lock icon to the left of the URL and clear all cookies.
-
Refresh the page.
-
- Change the Organizer port from ":8002" to the Security Center port ":8004".
- Accept any security warnings for the website (if prompted).
- Go back to the Organizer and try logging in to the Security Center again.
- You should now see the login fields and a red warning message (Impersonation failed)
- Enter any text into the fields, e.g., “AA” in both, and click “Log in”.
- This will clear the error message.
- Go back to the Organizer and log in to the Security Center again
- Done!
