How does Holm Security ensure transfer outside EU/EEA is compliant with GDPR?

To transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA in a GDPR-compliant way, Holm Security does perform a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) to ensure adequate data protection. This process 

  • What data is processed and stored.
  • Where the data is processed and stored
  • If the personal data is technically protected (e.g., regular vulnerability assessments and encryption).
  • If the organization has an ISMS.

  • If the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
