How does the scan safety mechanism work?
To ensure a positive experience for all our customers, we implement throttling when too many scans are run simultaneously on an account. Throttling thresholds are customized for each account and will be activated if excessive usage is detected.If you notice a large number of scans in the requested state running at the same time for an extended period, it may signal that you have reached a throttling threshold.
