How to interpret the severity and risk trend on recipients?
Recipient risks and trends
The Severity is calculated based on assessments finished in the last 6 months.
- Low: If the mail is opened only.
- Medium: If the mail is opened and the URL is clicked.
- High: If the mail is opened and the URL is clicked and/or the recipient Replied to the mail.
- Critical: If the mail is opened and the URL is clicked and/or the recipient Replied to the mail and submitted the form.
The Trend represents changes in severity based on all assessments finished in the last 30 days.
- Severity is Decreasing
- Severity is Increasing
- Severity is the same
This allows you to get a risk overview of all your recipients, prioritize your next assessments easier and understand who to target.
