I cannot add new assets nor perform scans in Security Center for OnPrem?

If you cannot add more assets or run scans. Please take the following steps to ensure that the license is still valid.

  1. Log in to your Web administration.
  2. Click License
    Verify that your License is still active and has the correct Status.
  3. If not, please contact your service provider or submit a form on our support portal https://www.holmsecurity.com/support-issue.

Verify usage limit in Organizer:

  1. Log in to Organizer.
  2. Click the Edit icon on the Security Center account/customer.
  3. Click on Subscription.
    Verify that the limit has not been reached.
