I cannot add new assets nor perform scans in Security Center for on-prem?
If you cannot add more assets or run scans. Please take the following steps to ensure that the license is still valid.
- Log in to your Web administration.
- Click License.
Verify that your License is still active and has the correct Status. - If not, please contact your service provider or submit a form on our support portal https://www.holmsecurity.com/support-issue.
Verify usage limit in Organizer:
- Log in to Organizer.
- Click the Edit icon on the Security Center account/customer.
- Click on Subscription.
Verify that the limit has not been reached.
