MSSP report
The MSSP report gives you a consolidated view of peak usage per product across all customers in your account. This view is also used to calculate your upcoming invoices, as it represents your total usage for each reporting period, which runs from the 26th of the previous month to the 25th of the current reporting month.

Monthly peak usage by product
This graph shows the total product usage across all your customers, including any applicable minimum commitments. In the example below, your customers collectively scanned 45 IPs in January. Because your commercial minimum commitment is 651 IPs, your usage remains within the committed range, and you will not incur additional charges for extra IPs on your next invoice. For URLs, Assets, and Computers, a total number has been scanned; however, these are not subject to a minimum commitment and will be billed according to your commercial terms.

Peak usage explained: For example, if one of your customers used System & Network Security scanning during the reporting period and started by scanning 14 IPs, then later reduced this to 10 IPs, the peak usage for that customer during the period would still be 14 IPs.
To see a detailed breakdown of the peak usage per company contributing to the total usage during the reporting period, click the relevant product usage bar. In the example below, I clicked the System & Network Security (SNS) bar. Of the total 45 IPs scanned in January, you can now see how many IPs each company contributed to the peak usage for that reporting period.

You can navigate directly to view the individual product usage for any company contributing to the peak usage by clicking its name in the peak usage breakdown above. In the example below, the peak usage for this company during the January reporting period was 14 IPs, which is the same value shown in the MSSP report for January.

If you would like to zoom into one one or more of the product in the graph you can deselect any of the product by clicking on the product acronyms below the graph.

Any products that have no usage during the reporting period—such as Phishing Simulation & Awareness Training in the example above—will be unselectable.
Monthly usage summary
Below the graph you have a table view of the same data across the months.

An arrow next to the accumulated product usage—for example, the number of IPs under System & Network Security—indicates whether your usage is above or below your minimum commitment. In the example below, the arrow is green and points downward, meaning your usage is currently below the minimum commitment, which is shown in parentheses after the product usage figure. If your usage exceeds the minimum commitment, the arrow will point upward and turn red. This makes it easy to identify at a glance whether you are above or below your minimum commitments for each applicable product.
