Different terms and conditions apply depending on where your organization is located and what deployment method is used. The following is standard, nothing else is stated in the main contract or order confirmation.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA):

Netherlands: Dutch Data Processing Agreement (DPA) - customers in the Netherlands
Outside Netherlands: General Data Processing Agreement (DPA) - customer outside the Netherlands

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

Cloud deployment: Service Level Agreement (SLA) - Cloud - end customers
