What do the different statistics mean?
This article describes the statistics based on behavior when performing phishing simulations.
Please notice that all actions are only counted once. E.g., if a user opens an email multiple times, it will still count as one in the statistics.
- No. recipients
Number of recipients for the assessment. - No. open email
Number of users that have opened the email. - No. email replies
Number of email replies from users. Notice that auto-replies are excluded using bounce exclusion strings. - No. URL clicks
Number of users that have clicked on the link in the email. - No. form posts
Number of users that have posted in the form on the website.
