What information is shared with Holm Security when using OnPrem?

Customer-related data, such as vulnerability information, is never shared or collected. It stays secure on the system and is protected by the customers' user accounts.  

The information shared with Holm Security only applies when share diagnostics information is enabled; you can find this option on Web Administrator > Support > Diagnostics. The information does not include any customer data or data specific to the customer. It includes system and application health status and service logs to troubleshoot easily.
