What are bounce exclusion strings and how do they work?
Bounce strings help the Phishing & Awareness campaign to understand which email responses should be valid for statistics and which should not. For example, the statistics show that email auto-replies should not be counted as email replies.
Under Social engineering campaigns you can add and delete bounce strings connected to your campaign. The service has a set of predefined strings that can be edited and removed.
Example
If the string "vacation" is in the exclusion list, an email with the following content will be ignored:
"I'm currently on vacation and will be back on the 21/9."
