What is bounce exclusion strings and how does it work?
Bounce strings help the assessment understand which email responses should be valid for statistics and which should not. For example, the statistics show that email auto-replies should not be counted as email replies.
Under Setup, you can add and delete bounce strings connected to your assessment. The service has a set of predefined strings that can be edited and removed.
Example:
If the string "vacation" is in the exclusion list, an email with the following content will be ignored:
I'm currently on vacation and will be back on the 21/9.

In order to add new bounce strings follow the steps below.
- Login to Security Center.
