Vulnerabilities that are disabled or ignored are visible in:
Network & web.
This is found by hovering your mouse over "vulnerabilities" in the top menu.
To see ignored/disabled vulnerabilities, click the Search button, and under State in the top-left corner of the filter, select Ignored/disabled.
