Churn Risk Indicators

Similar to the Engagement Matrix, this section is only shown if customer usage data is available. It focuses on identifying potential churn risks using indicators such as:

  • Failed scans for System & Network Security, Web Application Security, and Cloud Security
  • Open support tickets
  • Scanner Appliance in total, and their individual status

These indicators help you proactively address risk areas with your customers.
