How do I create a tag?
Follow these instructions to create a tag.
- Log in to Security Center.
- Click Asset Manager in the main menu.
- Click Tags.
- Click +Create tag.
- Under the headline General information, enter the following:
- Name: the tag's name, e.g., "Public servers."
- Color: select your preferred color for the tag.
- Business impact: select the business impact for this tag.
- Parent tag: select a parent tag.
- Description: any description you want to add for the tag, e.g., "Systems that are exposed to the internet."
- Under the headline Rules, enter the following:

Rules are optional. Tags with no rules can manually be applied to any asset.

Applying a rule or rules to a tag will automatically assign to any asset that meets the specified criteria.

Assets that meet the rules will be displayed in the "Preview" section.

- Under the headline Preview:

The preview section will display the number of assets that meet the selected rule.

- Click Submit.
- Done!
